Tyrone brings real-world construction experience and steady leadership to Requity’s work-based learning programs. With a deep background in framing, high-performance building practices, and jobsite coordination, he guides students through hands-on projects that demand both technical precision and accountability.

At Requity, Tyrone works directly alongside young talent on active construction sites, helping them translate classroom knowledge into professional skill.
