Overview

Requity Business trains high school students to manage the financial and operational backbone of Requity’s hands-on programs—including Construction, Culinary, Media, and the fully operational Print & Press Shop. Rather than running its own separate venture, Requity Business supports all student-led enterprises by teaching practical skills like budgeting, pricing, invoicing, inventory tracking, and customer engagement. Students use these tools to help their peers track profit and loss, assess sustainability, and make data-informed decisions. In the Print & Press Shop, students manage real client orders for branded apparel and signage, handling everything from cost analysis and order tracking to fulfillment and vendor coordination. By supporting day-to-day operations across all programs, Requity Business students gain firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, finance, and leadership—developing the mindset and skills to become confident changemakers and future business leaders.
